Messages on remix.gg

Your conversations, in the browser

Social on remix.gg now has the same layout as Remix Desktop. Your direct messages and groups sit in one list, with unread badges, and you can search for anyone by username to start a new chat.

Messages support quote replies, reactions, emoji, @mentions and images. You can delete your own messages, mute a conversation, and see what you have read.

Groups

Create a group, add or remove members, rename it, give it an image, or leave it. Everyone in a group can see who else is in it.

Friends

My Friends now has a Message button next to every friend.

What stays in Remix Desktop

Voice, video, screen sharing and the live Chat room stay in Remix Desktop. On remix.gg, the Chat room shows where to find it.

On a phone browser, Social shows one pane at a time, so a conversation gets the whole screen.
