Quick actions, sideways games and photos in chat

Long-press the icon

Press and hold the Remix app icon on your home screen for four shortcuts:

• Continue Playing reopens the last game you played. On Android it names the game.
• Play Something New opens a single-player game we picked for you ahead of time, so it starts right away. Once you have played it, the shortcut picks another.
• Create a Game opens the create screen.
• Messages opens your chats.

Shortcuts appear once you are signed in.

Games you hold sideways

Some games play better with the phone on its side. Those games now look right in the app from start to finish: the home feed frames their previews wide, and the game-over and level screens fit the sideways layout.

Photos in chat

You can now attach photos to direct messages and group chats in the app, and tap any photo to view it full screen.

Update the Remix app on the App Store or Google Play to get all three.
